Country Assistance Strategy 2010-2014
Diane McNeil expresses her joy that her daughter participates in the 'Students Expressing Truth' (SET) program at Ascot High School and is doing well. The SET/Ascot program uses technological tools to encourage positive behavior among students who were seen as disruptive and indisciplined.
